Mixed Cheesy Omelette

  • 25g Perfect Italiano Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 25g Perfect Italiano Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 10g Anchor Butter
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • Some diced green or red peppers
  • Diced luncheon meat or slices of ham


  1. In a hot non-stick pan, melt Anchor Butter and sauté peppers and ham for 2 mins.
  2. Pour in beaten eggs and spread evenly.
  3. When the sides start to cook, sprinkle Perfect Italiano Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  4. Fold it over in half and remove from pan when golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle more Perfect Italiano Parmesan cheese on top then serve.
