Tuna Scramble Eggs

  • 5 eggs lightly beaten
  • 50g Perfect Italiano Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 50g Anchor Cheese Slices
  • 125 ml Fernleaf Full Cream UHT Milk
  • 20g Anchor Butter
  • 4 slices of thick sourdough bread (or any bread)
  • 50-100g can tuna
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste


  1. Combine eggs and cheese.
  2. Melt butter in a small pan and add eggs mixture.
  3. Cover over low heat, gently stirring until egg mixture just set.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Serve scramble eggs on toast, add tuna and peppers.
