Cheesy Kampung Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 30 g Anchor Spreadable 
  • ½ red onion, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 3 tbsp tempeh, diced
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp mixed vegetables
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup white rice, cooked
  • 2 tbsp anchovies, fried
  • 100g Anchor Cheese Slices

Instructions

  1. Stir-fry onion, garlic, chili and tempeh in Anchor Spreadable until fragrant.
  2. Add soy sauce and vegetables. 
  3. Add egg, followed by rice.
  4. Mix well and add anchovies and Anchor Cheddar Cheese Slices.
  5. Serve.
