Cheesy  Mee Raja

Ingredients

  • 30 g Anchor Spreadable 
  • 50 g yellow onion (thinly sliced)
  • 10 g garlic (chopped)
  • 450 ml chicken broth/water
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce 
  • 80 g chicken (thinly sliced)
  • 50 g broccoli
  • 50 g cabbage
  • 3 shiitake mushrooms (halved)
  • 30 g napa cabbage (sliced)
  • 1 egg
  • 1½ tbsp corn flour + 2 tbsp water (dissolved)
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 100g Anchor Cheddar Shredded Cheese 
  • 1½ yee mi

Instructions

  1. Heat Anchor Butter, onion and garlic in a saucepan until fragrant.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients except the corn flour mixture, sesame oil, egg, yee mi and cheese.
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes and thicken with corn flour mixture.
  4. Add the egg and mix well.
  5. Add yee mi and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Add sesame oil and Anchor Cheese.
  7. Transfer to a plate and serve.
