Ingredients

  • 100g Perfect Italiano Mozzarella Grated Cheese
  • 150g cabbage
  • 100g bean sprouts
  • 200g fish crackers
  • 2pcs tofu (firmed)

For the Sauce

  • 150ml water
  • 10ml sweet sauce
  • 50g ground peanut
  • 30gm sugar
 

Instructions

  1. Sautee ground peanuts till golden.
  2. Add sugar, followed by the rest of the sauce ingredients. Let it boil
  3. Blanch the vegetables and arrange on the plate
  4. Pour on the boiled sauce and top with Perfect Italiano Mozzarella Grated Cheese immediately
  5. Garnish with sprinkled fish crackers and serve
