Banana Fritters with Cheese

  • 5 pieces of bananas
  • 75g of All Purpose Flour
  • 75g of Rice Flour
  • 1 teaspoon of  Soda Bicarbonate 
  • 2 teaspoon of Turmeric Powder (Optional: to add colour)
  • 1 egg
  • 75g Perfect Italiano Grated Mozarella Cheese


  1. Peel and cut the bananas into half
  2. In a bowl, put the flour, rice flour, soda bicarbonate, and egg (and optional turmeric powder).
  3. Pour some water and mix until combined.
  4. Heat enough oil in pan to fry the bananas. Dip the banana into the batter and fry until golden brown.
  5. Add some oil to a non-stick pan and then melt the Mozarella cheese.
  6. Pour the melted cheese on the banana fritters.



  • Pour some hot oil into the batter to make the batter crispy.
