Cheesy Banana Popiah

  • 5 slices popiah skin
  • 3 banana, halved horizontally
  • 150 g Perfect Italiano Grated Mozarella Cheese
  • 5 slices Anchor Cheese Slices
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Icing sugar, garnish



  1. To assemble the popiah, first place the popiah skin on a flat surface. Place the Anchor Cheese Slices, Perfect Italiano Grated Mozarella Cheese and a halved banana on top of the popiah skin.
  2. Wrap and fold up the two sides of the popiah skin then roll up like a swiss roll.
  3. Deep fry the popiah until the skin turns golden brown. Before serving, dust some icing sugar over the banana popiah.
