Potato Cheese Balls

  • 4 Potatoes
  • 150g of All Purpose Flour  
  • 56g of Anchor butter
  • 1 teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of Black Pepper
  • 80g of Breadcrumbs
  • 100g of Perfect Italiano Mozarella Cheese Block



  1. Boil potatoes until soft.
  2. Mash the potatoes.
  3. Mix the flour, melted butter, salt and pepper to the potatoes until combined.
  4. Cut the Mozarella block into small cubes.
  5. Form the potato dough mix into small ball with the Mozarella cube in the middle.
  6. Coat the cheeseballs in breadcrumbs and then fry.


  • Do not leave the dough out at room temperature as it can go stale easily.
  • Keep in resealable bag lightly sprayed with oil and keep in the refigerator until needed.
