Chai Spiced Porridge

Ingredients

1 cup porridge oats

2 cups Anchor Fresh Milk

1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon

¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

¾ teaspoon ground ginger

½ cup Anchor Protein+ Yoghurt Manuka Honey

½ cup dried or fresh fruit of choice

Honey to drizzle

Instructions

  1. Mix the porridge oats, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger in a saucepan and place over a medium heat.
  2. Bring to the boil and then simmer for 5 minutes, stirring, until thickened and creamy.
  3. Remove from the heat and stir through the yoghurt.
  4. Spoon between bowls and top with dried fruit and a drizzle of honey. Serve with milk or yoghurt.
