Anchor Protein+ Ambrosia Yoghurt Bark

A healthier dessert choice packed full of berry and dark chocolate flavours.

450g Anchor Protein+ Berry Yoghurt

1/2 cup frozen raspberries

1/2 cup chopped marshmallows

1/4 cup frozen blueberries

1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate





  1. Smear the yoghurt onto the baking paper, it should be roughly 4mm thick. Scatter over toppings and place in the freezer for 2 hours or until the yoghurt has hardened. 
  2. Using a sharp knife, cut the frozen yoghurt into pieces. Serve immediately.
