Raspberry and Chocolate Trifle

Stacey Morrison's Classic Ambrosia

Whip up this classic Ambrosia using fresh or frozen berries, red grapes, chunks of your favourite chocolate, marshmallows and top with juicy strawberries. The luxurious texture of Anchor Protein+ Mixed Berry yoghurt combined with velvety whipped Anchor Cream will have your guests reaching for more every time.

Method
  1. In a large bowl, whip the Anchor Cream, fold in the Anchor Protein+ Mixed Berry Yoghurt.
  2. Add the berries, grapes, chocolate and marshmallows.
  3. Place in the fridge either overnight or for 4-5 hours before serving so the marshmallows soften.
  4. Top with roughly chopped chocolate, a handful of berries and grapes when serving.
