Carrot Cake Proats (Protein Oats) 

These overnight Proats are delicious and packed with some seriously tasty goodness. Oats, grated carrot and apple are mixed with Anchor Protein+ Milk and Yoghurt to give you the ultimate protein-packed start to your day.

Ingredients

100 grams (1 cup) wholegrain oats

¼ cup grated apple

1/3 cup grated carrot

¼ cup Anchor Protein+ Manuka Honey Yoghurt

1 cup Anchor Protein+ Milk

To serve

Anchor Protein+ Manuka Honey Yoghurt 

1 tablespoon chopped walnuts

 

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. 
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight. (This will allow the oats to soak up all the liquid and become plump and juicy.) 

To serve: Stir, then divide the mixture between two bowls. Top with a good dollop of Anchor Protein+ Manuka Honey Yoghurt and finish with a sprinkle of chopped walnuts.
