Coffee Proats (Coffee Oats)
Combining oats, coffee and two of our protein-packed products is pure genius and an epic way to kick-start your day. Oats mixed with coffee and Anchor+ Plus Milk and Yoghurt will get you out the door with a protein boost.
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight. (This will allow the oats to soak up all the liquid and become plump and juicy.)
To serve: Stir, then divide the mixture between two bowls. Top with a good dollop of Anchor Protein+ Plain Yoghurt and finish with a sprinkle of chopped chocolate and a drizzle of honey.
