Peaches and Cream Proats (Protein Oats) 

These overnight Proats are pure indulgence. Oats are soaked overnight in Anchor Protein+ Milk and Yoghurt, served with delicious tinned peaches and topped with a generous pour of Anchor Cream. It doesn’t get much better than this.

100 grams (1 cup) wholegrain oats

¼ Anchor Protein+ Manuka Honey Yoghurt

¾ cup Anchor Protein+ Milk

To serve

Anchor Cream 

tinned peaches



  1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. 
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight. (This will allow the oats to soak up all the liquid and become plump and juicy.)  
  3. To serve: Stir, then divide the mixture between two bowls. Top with a generous amount of peaches and pour over lashings of Anchor Cream.
