Peaches and Cream Proats (Protein Oats)
These overnight Proats are pure indulgence. Oats are soaked overnight in Anchor Protein+ Milk and Yoghurt, served with delicious tinned peaches and topped with a generous pour of Anchor Cream. It doesn’t get much better than this.
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight. (This will allow the oats to soak up all the liquid and become plump and juicy.)
- To serve: Stir, then divide the mixture between two bowls. Top with a generous amount of peaches and pour over lashings of Anchor Cream.
