Peanut Butter Proats (Protein Oats)
These Proats are a peanut butter lover’s delight. Oats are soaked overnight in Anchor Protein+ Milk and Yoghurt with smooth and creamy Pic’s Peanut Butter, then topped with banana and coconut. Bring on breakfast.
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well, making sure you incorporate the peanut butter completely.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight. (This will allow the oats to soak up all the liquid and become plump and juicy.)
To serve: Stir, then divide the mixture between two bowls. Top with the sliced banana and coconut flakes and you’re good to go.
