Peanut Butter Proats (Protein Oats) 

These Proats are a peanut butter lover’s delight. Oats are soaked overnight in Anchor Protein+ Milk and Yoghurt with smooth and creamy Pic’s Peanut Butter, then topped with banana and coconut. Bring on breakfast.

100 grams (1 cup) wholegrain oats

1 heaped tablespoon of your favourite protein powder 

2 tablespoons Pic’s Chunky Peanut Butter

¼ cup Anchor Protein+ Manuka Honey Yoghurt

¾ cup Anchor Protein+ Milk

To serve

Sliced banana

Coconut flakes



  1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well, making sure you incorporate the peanut butter completely.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight. (This will allow the oats to soak up all the liquid and become plump and juicy.) 

To serve: Stir, then divide the mixture between two bowls. Top with the sliced banana and coconut flakes and you’re good to go.
