Golden Latte

Enjoy this smooth and creamy indulgent smoothie recipe when you feel like a treat.

500mL Anchor Protein+ Milk

1 tsp ground turmeric 

1 tsp ground ginger 

1 tsp vanilla essence 

1 tsp honey 

1 teaspoon vanilla extract




  1. Add the 500mL of Anchor Protein+ Milk to the stove, add ground turmeric, ground ginger, vanilla essence and honey 
  2. Whisk until combined, continue whisking as the milk heats, until hot. 
  3. Pour into serving cup and sprinkle cinnamon and enjoy!
