Protein+ Banana Choc Yoghurt Bowls

Ingredients

  • 4 Medium Bananas (frozen makes the bowl thicker & creamier)
  • 1 Cup of your favourite flavour of Anchor Protein+ Yoghurt
  • 2 Scoops of your choice of protein powder
  • 1/4 Cup Cacao Powder
  • Suggested toppings: toasted coconut chips, chopped almonds, cacao, fresh fruit, fruit powder, banana chips

Instructions

  1. Break the bananas into chunks and place in the bowl of a blender with yoghurt, smoothie booster and cacao powder. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into two bowls and decorate with your choice of toppings. Serve immediately.
  3. Makes 2 serves.
