250g Anchor Cream Cheese

3 tablespoons kimchi

Zest of 1 lemon

Salt

Pepper

Instructions

  1. Blend Anchor Cream Cheese, kimchi and the zest of 1 lemon. 
  2. Add salt and pepper 
  3. Top with kimchi to serve
