Ingredients
1 cup Anchor Fresh Milk
1 cup Anchor Protein+ Yoghurt Manuka Honey
¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
425g can mango slices, drained (or 1 fresh mango, sliced)
¼ cup coconut chips, lightly toasted
Instructions
- Place the milk, yoghurt, cardamom and mango into the bowl of a blender, puree until smooth.
- Pour into two glasses and decorate with coconut chips.
Serve immediately.
