1 cup Anchor Fresh Milk
1 cup Anchor Protein+ Yoghurt Manuka Honey
¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
425g can mango slices, drained (or 1 fresh mango, sliced)
¼ cup coconut chips, lightly toasted
Serve immediately.
