Chai Spiced Porridge
1 cup porridge oats
2 cups Anchor Full Cream UHT Milk
1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
½ cup yoghurt
½ cup dried or fresh fruit of choice
- Mix the porridge oats, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger in a saucepan and place over a medium heat.
- Bring to the boil and then simmer for 5 minutes, stirring, until thickened and creamy.
- Remove from the heat and stir through the yoghurt.
- Spoon between bowls and top with dried fruit and a drizzle of honey. Serve with milk or yoghurt.
