Mixed Nuts and Date Smoothie
Nut butter, fresh dates, natural yoghurt and a lashing of milk make this smoothie a glass full of fruit and nut goodness you’ll have to make more than once.
- 1 cup Anchor Full Cream UHT Milk
- ½ cup yoghurt
- 3 large tbsp nut butter
- Handful of chopped fresh dates (pitted)
- Handful of almonds
1. Place Anchor Full Cream UHT Milk, nut butter, fresh dates and yoghurt, into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a glass and top with sliced almonds and fresh dates.
