300ml Anchor Whipping Cream
½ cup roughly chopped grapes
½ cup small pineapple wedges
½ cup sliced mango (fresh or canned)
½ cup sliced banana
½ cup marshmallows
- In a medium sized bowl, whip up the cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold in remaining ingredients, reserving some for garnish.
- Spoon into glasses, decorate and serve.
