Mango Lassi

1 cup Anchor Full Cream UHT Milk

1 cup yoghurt

¼ teaspoon ground cardamom

425g can mango slices, drained  (or 1 fresh mango, sliced)

¼ cup coconut chips, lightly toasted


  1. Place the milk, yoghurt, cardamom and mango into the bowl of a blender, puree until smooth.
  2. Pour into two glasses and decorate with coconut chips.

Serve immediately.
