Savoury French Toast

1 1/2 cups Anchor Full Cream UHT Milk

6 eggs

Pinch of salt

8 toast slices white bread

6 slices streaky bacon, cooked

150g Anchor Shredded Mozzarella 

2 tablespoons Anchor Butter


  1. In a large bowl, whisk together milk and eggs until light and frothy.
  2. Make sandwiches with the bread, bacon and cheese.
  3. Melt the butter in a frying pan over a medium heat.
  4. Dip a sandwich in the egg mixture and then cook in the frying pan until golden on each side. 
  5. Continue with remaining sandwiches.
