Strawberry and Cream Pops
2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup yoghurt
½ cup (125ml) Anchor Whipping Cream
- Place the strawberries, sugar and vanilla into the bowl of a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the yoghurt and cream and gently fold into the strawberry mixture, leaving some streaks of cream.
- Pour the mixture into ice block molds and freeze until set, in about 4 hours.
