300ml Anchor Whipping Cream

½ cup roughly chopped grapes

½ cup small pineapple wedges

½ cup sliced mango (fresh or canned)

½ cup sliced banana

½ cup marshmallows


  1. In a medium sized bowl, whip up the cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Gently fold in remaining ingredients, reserving some for garnish.
  3. Spoon into glasses, decorate and serve.
