Strawberry and Cream Pops

2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)

1/3 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup yoghurt

½ cup (125ml) Anchor Whipping Cream


  1. Place the strawberries, sugar and vanilla into the bowl of a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the yoghurt and cream and gently fold into the strawberry mixture, leaving some streaks of cream.
  3. Pour the mixture into ice block molds and freeze until set, in about 4 hours.
