Cheese hummus dip  with roasted Arabic salty bread sticks

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

¼ cup tahini

½ cup Anchor cream cheese

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 small cloves garlic, peeled and cut in half

Salt 

Ground black pepper, to taste

Olive oil, drizzled in to desired consistency

Arabic salty bread sticks

2 big slices of Arabic bread cut into thin slices

2 table spoons of olive oil

1 teaspoon Sea salt

1 teaspoon Provence herbs

1.Place the chickpeas, Anchor cream cheese, tahini, lemon juice and garlic in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until smooth.

2.Add salt and ground black pepper to taste.

3.With the processor running, drizzle in enough olive oil to reach your desired consistency.

4.Place the hummus into a small bowl and serve with salty Arabic bread sticks

Arabic salty bread sticks

1.Preheat oven to 200C

2.Place baking paper on a large cooking dish put bread slices and drizzle with olive oil

3. Sprinkle with sea salt &Provence herbs

4. Bake till edges are gold around 5 -10min
