These flavoured butters are an easy way to make people think you're a whiz in the kitchen! Tasty and delicous and perfect to serve with pasta, toast or vegetables - the options are endless!

Horseradish & Shallot Butter
Garlic, Parsley & Lemon Butter
Garlic & Herb Butter
Lime, Ginger & Chilli Butter

  1. Place softened butter in a bowl and mix with the preferred flavour variation. Combine until smooth.
  2. Roll into two cylinders using baking paper or foil and refrigerate or freeze until required.
  3. To use, cut slices off the log of flavoured butter and add to steamed vegetables, grilled steak, steamed salmon, roasting chicken or warmed bread.
  4. * Add a slice of savoury flavoured butter to: grilled meat, stuff under chicken skin before roasting, use to panfry seafood, stir into risottos, pasta or steamed vegetables. Perfect for herb or garlic bread.
