Method
- Pre-heat oven to 180C.
- Blend the rempah ingredients in a food processor until it has a fine paste consistency.
- Add the blended rempah (B) and (A) with the butter to your wok, stir fry for 5 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the chicken and mix well with the spice paste, cook for 5 minutes.
- Add chicken stock and deglaze wok.
- Add cream and cook on low for an hour.
- Place cheese slices over rendang and bake for 3 minutes until melted.
