Ingredients

50g grated mozzarella cheese

50g Anchor Cheese Slices

2 chicken sausages, sliced thinly

1 fresh tomato, thinly sliced

4 slices bread

4 tbsp tomato paste

Method

Spread an even layer of tomato paste on top of each bread slice.
Top with sausage and tomatoes, followed by 2 cheese slices and a generous sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
Bake in preheated 180˚c oven for about 10-15 mins or until cheese melts golden brown. Serve and enjoy.
