Kickstart Breakfast programme

Everyone knows that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. KickStart Breakfast is all about helping kids start the day right and feeding their young minds to fuel our future. Led by Anchor milk and Weet-Bix, KickStart kids experience the power of a nutritious breakfast to provide both strength and energy for maximum learning at school. It starts with breakfast but is a lot more than that; it’s about community, nutrition, leadership and caring.

Watch the programme in action at Morrinsville School below.

With the help of the Ministry for Social Development, Fonterra, and Sanitarium, breakfast is served all over the country to keep tummies full and spirits high. The programme relies on schools, as well as community and student volunteers, to provide over 125,000 of these nutritious breakfasts to Kiwi kids in more than 900 schools every week.

Curious to know if your child gets breakfast served at their school breakfast club or want to enquire about signing up? Please visit KickStart Breakfast to learn more.
