Anchor Original Soft Light Spreadable is a good option if you love the taste of butter but want to reduce the amount of fat in your diet. If you want to save money, it’s also a cheaper alternative to regular butter.


Original Soft Light Spreadable is ideal for spreading on toast as it tastes like butter but, unlike margarines or table spreads, it doesn’t achieve this with added flavours.

Cooking Tips

Original Soft Light Spreadable is great for boosting the flavour of cooking ingredients - for example, steamed vegetables with parsley and garlic.  



Baking Tips:

Original Soft Light Spreadable is not recommended for baking as the canola oil can alter the final result of baked goods.

When making toasties, spread Anchor Original Soft Light Spreadable on the outside of the bread to get that tasty golden crunch.
