Zero Lacto milk is a lactose-free dairy option designed specifically for those with lactose sensitivity. It provides a source of dairy protein and calcium, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of dairy as part of a healthy diet.
Zero Lacto milk is made by adding the enzyme lactase to the milk during production. This enzyme breaks down lactose into two naturally occurring sugars, glucose and galactose, which the body can use. This process does not change the nutritional value of the milk, leaving it full of calcium and protein.
