Zero Lacto is a range of lactose-free dairy options designed specifically for those with lactose sensitivity. The products include milk and cheese that provide a source of dairy protein and calcium, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of dairy as part of a healthy diet. 

Zero Lacto milk is made by adding the enzyme lactase to the milk during production. This enzyme breaks down lactose into two naturally occurring sugars, glucose and galactose, which the body can use. This process does not change the nutritional value of the milk, leaving it full of calcium and protein.

Fresh & Long Life Blue MIlk Range – containing all the goodness of dairy without the lactose making it a gut friendly alternative to regular cow's milk. 

Anchor Zero Lacto Milk may be a better option for people who feel discomfort from regular cow's milk, however given this product is dairy based it is not suitable for those with a dairy intolerance or allergy.

Anchor Zero Lacto Cheese is a delicious option for kiwi's with lactose intolerance. While most hard cheese is naturally low in lactose, Anchor Zero Lacto is batch tested to ensure there is no lactose, providing a guaranteed lactose-free cheese option.
