Method
  1. Rinse and wash the caraili thoroughly.
  2. Remove all seeds and pith from caraili.
  3. Salt caraili overnight in the refrigerator.
  4. Rinse off caraili and blanch for 2 minutes in boiling water and shock in cold water.
  5. Put the caraili in a blender with apple, ginger, Anchor full cream milk and water. Add essence, bitters.
  6. Blend twice on high speed for a smooth texture. Then, blend continuously on low speed for 2 minutes or until smooth. Serve the punch chilled.
