Easy Pizza Omelette
Super quick, super easy but still a little fancy! Our easy Pizza Omelette will have you filled up and ready for the afternoon ahead. It's not complicated, but doesn't skimp on the garnishes.
½ cup (125ml) Anchor Fresh Milk
1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon oil
½ cup chopped ham
½ cup Mainland Grated Mozzarella Cheese (can use cheddar
or Pizza plus)
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tomato, sliced
Basil leaves to garnish
- Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk lightly with the milk. Add the herbs and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a frying pan over a medium heat, add a film of oil and then pour in the eggs.
- Cook for a minute before sprinkling over the ham and cheese, cover and cook until just set or place the pan under a hot grill.
- Sprinkle with parsley, top with tomato slices and basil.
