Go Anywhere Salad Dressing  

Think of this as the Swiss Army knife of dressings – whip it up and have it on hand for any number of situations. It’s perfect on a green salad, tossed through freshly boiled baby potatoes, or in a pasta salad. It’s light, bright and at its heart – making it creamy and dreamy – is our very own Anchor Protein+ Yoghurt.

5 tablespoons Anchor Protein+ Yoghurt

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

15 grams finely grated Parmesan cheese

2-3 tablespoons olive oil

juice of half a lemon

salt and pepper



Place all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well combined. Season to taste. 

If you want a runnier consistency, add some extra lemon juice or olive oil and check the seasoning again. 

Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
