Cottage Cheese Sandwich

This sandwich is filled with healthy deliciousness and at its heart is our protein-packed Anchor Cottage Cheese, giving you a perfectly balanced lunchtime snack.  

Method
  1. This sandwich is all about layering. For one sandwich start with a piece of bread, then add a layer of lettuce, followed by ham. Then on goes half of the Anchor Cottage Cheese, spread out evenly. Season well with salt and pepper then follow with a layer of tomatoes, cucumber, and avocado. Top with bread, slice in half and you’re good to go.
  2. Pro tip: Season each layer as you build the sandwich – it will help to bring out the flavours of each ingredient, ultimately leading to a better tasting sandwich.
