Mango Lassi

Looking for a drink that will make you feel a little tropical all year round? Look no further than our Mango Lassi - with fresh or canned mango and a touch of coconut you can't go wrong.

 

Method
  1. Place the milk, yoghurt, cardamom and mango into the bowl of a blender, puree until smooth.
  2. Pour into two glasses and decorate with coconut chips.
