- ½ cup Anchor Protein+ Milk
- 180g Anchor Protein+ Blueberry Yoghurt
- ¾ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup fresh mixed berries
Instructions
- Add Anchor Protein+ milk, Anchor Protein+ Blueberry Yoghurt, rolled oats and fresh mixed berries to the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve sprinkled with a few oats.
