Mixed Nuts and Date Smoothie
Nut butter, fresh dates, Protein+ Yoghurt and a lashing of milk make this smoothie a galss full of fruit and nutty goodness you'll have to make more than once.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Anchor Calci+ Milk
- ½ cup Anchor Protein+ Plain Yoghurt
- 3 large Tbps nut butter
- Handful of chopped fresh dates (pitted)
- Handful of almonds
Instructions
1. Place Anchor Calci+ Milk, nut butter, fresh dates and Protein+ Plain Yoghurt into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a glass and top with sliced almonds and fresh dates.
