Mixed Nuts and Date Smoothie

Nut butter, fresh dates, Protein+ Yoghurt and a lashing of milk make this smoothie a glass full of fruit and nutty goodness you'll have to make more than once.

  • 1 cup Anchor Calci+ Milk
  • ½ cup Anchor Protein+ Plain Yoghurt
  • 3 large Tbps nut butter
  • Handful of chopped fresh dates (pitted)
  • Handful of almonds


1. Place Anchor Calci+ Milk, nut butter, fresh dates and Protein+ Plain Yoghurt into a blender.

2. Blend until smooth.

3. Pour into a glass and top with sliced almonds and fresh dates.
