Berry Blast Protein Smoothie

A tasty smoothie with a blast of berry. This recipe makes two deliciosly large smoothies.

Ingredients

1.5 cups Frozen Mixed Berries

1 cup Anchor Protein+ Manuka Honey Yoghurt

1 cup Anchor Protein+ Milk

1 banana

2 Tbsp oats

2 scoops of your choice of protein powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth and top with a few fresh seasonal berries.
