Anchor Protein+ Tropical Parfaits
Light, fluffy and totally refreshing for breakfast or as a healthier brunch to grab on the go.
1 mango, peeled and thinly sliced
1 banana, peeled and thinly sliced
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 cup granola
1 tablespoon coconut threads
- In a bowl, toss together sliced mango, banana and lime juice.
- Set yourself up with 4 large glasses, layer each glass with yoghurt, fruit and granola. Top with passionfruit pulp and coconut threads.
