Anchor Protein+ Tropical Parfaits

1 mango, peeled and thinly sliced

1 banana, peeled and thinly sliced 

2 teaspoons lime juice

650g Anchor Protein + Coconut Yoghurt

1 cup granola

2 passionfruit

1 tablespoon coconut threads 





  1. In a bowl, toss together sliced mango, banana and lime juice. 
  2. Set yourself up with 4 large glasses, layer each glass with yoghurt, fruit and granola. Top with passionfruit pulp and coconut threads.
