Savoury French Toast
A quick and filling brunch option for those who love a toastie but want to take it to the next level - enjoy our Savoury French Toast.

Ingredients
1 ½ cups Anchor Fresh Milk
6 eggs
Pinch of salt
8 toast slices white bread
6 slices streaky bacon, cooked
150g Mainland Mozzarella Cheese, grated or sliced
2 tablespoons Anchor Butter

Instructions
- Pour the cream into a bowl and whip until soft peaks form when the beater is lifted from the cream.
- Smash the meringues into chunks and fold through the cream.
- Hull the strawberries, roughly chop half of them and puree the other half in a blender or food processor.
- Fold the strawberry pieces and mashed strawberries through the cream.
- Spoon into bowls or glasses and serve.
