Berry Delicious Pavlova

Ingredients 

1 Pams Pavlova

400ml Anchor Cream

A drizzle of Barker’s Of Geraldine New Zealand Wildberry Sauce

1 cup selection of fresh berries & cherries, whole & sliced

A few freeze dried strawberries

Pink & purple edible flowers

Icing sugar

 

Method:

  1. Slather store bought pavlova with whipped cream. Drizzle with wildberry sauce then swirl into a fun pattern.

  2. Decorate with berries & cherries. Dust with icing sugar. Decorate with edible flowers and crushed freeze dried strawberries. Yum!
