Easy a2 Vanilla Custard

2 cups a2  Milk™

2 Tbsp corn flour

3 Tbsp sugar

4 egg yolks

1 tsp vanilla essence


  1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl. Using a whisk, mix until smooth and corn flour is completely dispersed.
  2. Transfer mixture to a saucepan and heat gently, stirring continuously until thickened, do not boil.
  3. When warm the custard remains a pouring consistency but will set completely on cooling. 
  4. Serve with puddings, cake or seasonal fruits.
