Pistachio, Charred Pepper & Thyme Cream Cheese  Ball

This pistachio, charred pepper and thyme cream cheese ball makes entertaining easy.

250g Anchor Cream Cheese

1 cup Anchor Tasty Cheese, grated

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

1 spring onion, finely chopped

4 tsp chopped fresh thyme leaves

⅓ cup pistachios nuts, toasted and roughly chopped

3-4  charred peppers from a jar, patted dry and chopped


  1. In the bowl of an electric  mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the Tasty cheese, garlic, spring onion, thyme and ½ tsp salt. Mix until well combined.
  2. Spoon cheese mixture onto a board and form into a ball. Cover and chill for at least one hour.
  3. When ready to serve, remove the cheese ball from the refrigerator. Place chopped pistachios, charred peppers and remaining thyme on a plate. Gently roll until well coated then serve.
