This pistachio, charred pepper and thyme cream cheese ball makes entertaining easy.
In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the Tasty cheese, garlic, spring onion, thyme and ½ tsp salt. Mix until well combined.
Spoon cheese mixture onto a board and form into a ball. Cover and chill for at least one hour.
When ready to serve, remove the cheese ball from the refrigerator. Place chopped pistachios, charred peppers and remaining thyme on a plate. Gently roll until well coated then serve.
