Strawberry and Cream Pops
These Strawberry and Cream pops are always a hit on a Summers Day! If our Anchor Protein+ Manuka Honey Yoghurt isn't for you, you can swap this out for Anchor Protein+ Natural or Anchor Protein+ Mixed Berry.

Ingredients
2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
⅓ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup Anchor Protein+ Yoghurt Manuka Honey
½ cup (125ml) Anchor Fresh Cream
Instructions
- Place the strawberries, sugar and vanilla into the bowl of a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the yoghurt and cream and gently fold into the strawberry mixture, leaving some streaks of cream.
- Pour the mixture into ice block molds and freeze until set, in about 4 hours.
