These are  quick and easy family favourites, perfect for a snack or the kids' lunchboxes. 

Breakfast Bowl
Yoghurt Flatbreads
Guacamole
Method - Breakfast Bowl
  1. Fill a bowl with your fave cereal. Top with two dollops of our Protein+ yoghurt, shower with fresh fruit, add a little Anchor Milk and you’re away!
Method - Flatbreads
  1. Place the flour and baking powder in a large bowl and whisk to combine.
  2. Add the Anchor Protein+ yoghurt and mix with a spoon until well combined, then use clean hands to pat and bring the mixture together.
  3. Dust a clean work surface with flour, then tip out the dough and knead for a minute or so.
  4. Put the dough into a flour-dusted bowl, cover with a plate and then leave aside for 5 minutes to relax.
  5. Dust a clean work surface and rolling pin with flour. Divide the risen dough in half, then divide each half into 6 equal-sized pieces (roughly each one the size of a golf ball).
  6. Use your hands to pat and flatten the dough balls, then use a rolling pin to roll each piece into 12cm rounds, roughly 2-3mm thick.
  7. Place a griddle or non-stick fry pan over a high heat. Once hot, work with one dough round at a time and cook each one for 1 to 2 minutes on each side, or until charred and puffed up, turning with tongs.
  8. Brush the flatbreads all over with melted Anchor Butter as they come off the griddle, then set aside and keep warm while you cook the remainder.
Method - Guacamole
  1. Place the avocado flesh in a large bowl and mash to a rough consistency.
  2. Add the Protein+ yoghurt, garlic, lime zest and juice and mix until well combined. Stir through the chopped coriander and a pinch of sea salt to taste and you’re ready to serve a delicious guac with your favourite corn chips. (It’s also great for dolloping on nachos or smearing on fish tacos.)
